We recently received a notification in the app stating that our Retell account has been placed on hold and that we should contact support@retell.ai.
Our account was put on hold due to a high volume of calls. I have already reached out to support@retell.ai and provided the requested information. However, I am only receiving generic AI-generated responses, including the same reply even when I specifically request to speak with a human representative.
We need to resolve this issue before Monday so we can continue operating our system without interruption.
Please assist us in getting this matter resolved as soon as possible.
When your account shows “Verification Needed: Your account is on hold for further verification due to high volume calls,” you need to contact support@retellai.com with your company’s name, use case, and verification that you represent the company(1).
Based on community reports, the resolution process typically involves:
Providing business verification documents - The support team may request your business registration documents or IRS EIN Confirmation Letter to verify your company(2)(3).
Response timeframe - Community members have reported resolution times ranging from 1-2 business days once the proper documentation is submitted(3).
Multiple contact channels - If email support is unresponsive, you can also reach out through:
Include your Workspace/Org ID - When contacting support, provide your organization ID to help expedite the review(3)(5).
If you’ve already submitted the requested information and are only receiving automated responses, try reaching out through Discord where support team members like Omar Ashraf actively monitor and escalate issues(3)(5). Community reports show that direct engagement through Discord can help get accounts unblocked more quickly, especially for time-sensitive situations(6)(3).
Make sure you’ve sent verification from your company’s official email domain (not just a personal email) as this helps establish that you represent the company(3)(5).
