Seriously, i ask and paid couples of time just to try to be able to send sms via retell and twilio…whats the problem always getting rejection after waiting days and i’m paying again and again to send sms for a marketing capaign. is that a scam or i’m i the only one ? It’s suppose to be a tool to get to where i want to go … for now it only has been a pain in… if somebody have a solution for me ? thanks

The rejections aren’t from Retell they’re from the telephony provider (Twilio/carrier side). US SMS regulations require A2P 10DLC approval, which involves a manual review process. You can check the rejection reason in the email notification then update your application accordingly. If only the SMS campaign was rejected, you can reuse your approved business profile and brand (no need to repay for those steps). Be very specific about your use case and sample messages. Marketing campaigns face stricter scrutiny. Unfortunately, no refunds are given since the fees cover the provider’s manual review regardless of outcome.
