Verified Phone Number Support

I already have a phone number that has been verified. I added two additional phone numbers that account for and use the same brand profile. They still say pending and I’m wondering if I can have someone check on that. It’s been over two weeks for each of those just my other phone number already being verified

The verification process typically takes 1-2 weeks after submitting your application(1)(2), so your additional phone numbers exceeding that timeframe warrants attention(3).

Based on community reports, there have been instances where phone numbers remain stuck in “Pending Processing” or “In Review” status beyond the expected timeframe(4)(5). In some cases, the branding may actually be active even though the dashboard still shows “In Review”(4).

For account-specific verification issues that exceed the normal processing time, you’ll need direct assistance from the Retell AI support team(6). When contacting support, include your Workspace ID (found in account settings at the bottom left of the dashboard) so the team can investigate your specific account(6).
