I bought some numbers via the Retell UI on Dec 23, 2025, and submitted them for verification (Verified Phone Number). The UI says verification takes 1–2 weeks, but they’re still in review.
Can someone help me with that please?

Based on similar cases in the community, you should report this issue via support@retellai.com to check the status of your verification(3). The support team can investigate why your verification is still in review beyond the typical 1–2 week processing period(2)(1).
