Based in Canada, I got the number from Twilio. I am trying to get the number verified so it says my name when the call is being made, your documentation states an option to purchase verification under “Phone number” tab. However, I don’t see it in my dashboard. Can you please help or share information?

Both verified phone number and branded call (showing your business name) are only available for U.S. numbers at this time, which is why you don’t see the option for your Canadian Twilio number.
