hey i have a canada number when i go in CNAM in twilio for the registration I see i can’t select the phone number in ‘phone number for cnam’ i was curious because i twilio docs also retell docs days branded call is only for US phone numbers

You are correct: Branded Call / CNAM via Retell (and Twilio in this context) is currently only supported for U.S. phone numbers. It isn’t possible to enable CNAM branding on a Canadian number through Retell right now.
If branded caller ID is critical for your use case, the current workaround is to use a U.S. number for outbound calls and keep the Canadian number for other purposes.
