Hello, I am a businessman from Greece. I have problems with transcription and languages. I prefer some changes for a new update to help all the multilingual countries.

  1. In the language section, add to choose single multiple languages, for example Greek and English, only. Because if I put multi-language and I will speak Greek, it’s not understanding the Greek language and is not conversational.

2.In the transcription section, add 11Labs Scribe models or Google models for the Better understanding of language changing in the call Please fix these problems, it will help my business and your business, because I will expand on the rest of the EU soon. And now, it’s so difficult for me to put only Greek agents in businesses without understanding English well.

Multilingual Selection & Transcription

Use Case:
I build AI voice agents for businesses in Greece through my company, Vytho AI Agency, and I am planning to expand across Europe. Many of the businesses we work with serve both local customers and international clients or tourists. Because of this, calls often switch between the local language and English during the same conversation.

For example:

  • Greek ↔ English

  • Italian ↔ English

  • Swedish ↔ English

  • Finnish ↔ English

  • Other European languages ↔ English

    Transcription

  • Eleven labs scribe v2.5

  • Eleven labs scribe v1

  • Eleven labs scribe realtime v2.1

Instead of using a full multilingual model that includes all languages, it would be extremely useful to be able to select two specific languages dynamically (for example Greek + English) for better transcription accuracy and lower latency.

This feature would be used in real-time calls where the language can change during the conversation while the call is active.

Our stack currently includes:

  • ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 and ElevenLabs v3 voice models

  • GPT-4.1 Fast for the LLM

  • Real-time voice agents handling inbound and outbound calls.

Identifier:

However, the goal would be for this feature to apply across all organizations and workspaces, since we create separate environments for each client and will continue creating many more in the future.

Priority / Impact:
Critical.

In countries like Greece and many other European destinations, businesses receive a large number of calls from international customers and tourists. If the agent cannot seamlessly handle English alongside the local language, it becomes very difficult to deploy voice agents in real production environments.

This capability would significantly improve multilingual deployment across Europe and would benefit many other users building international voice agents as well.
