Hello, I am a businessman from Greece. I have problems with transcription and languages. I prefer some changes for a new update to help all the multilingual countries.
- In the language section, add to choose single multiple languages, for example Greek and English, only. Because if I put multi-language and I will speak Greek, it’s not understanding the Greek language and is not conversational.
2.In the transcription section, add 11Labs Scribe models or Google models for the Better understanding of language changing in the call
Please fix these problems, it will help my business and your business, because I will expand on the rest of the EU soon. And now, it’s so difficult for me to put only Greek agents in businesses without understanding English well.
