For one company we work with, we dial, navigate the IVR, wait for person then warm transfer to our Human Rep to take the call from there. Once the warm transfer is connected, retell drops off. We want to keep retell on the call the entire time, eg not drop off after the warm transfer. I guess it would be more of a conference call, with the Retell Bot remaining silent when our human agent comes on board. How can we do this? We are using Twilio and Retell

If this is a use case you’d like to see natively supported, I’d encourage you to submit it as a feature request for our product team (you can reply here) or Feature Requests .
The only workaround would be using Twilio Conferencing (no Retell transfer), which requires custom development on your end.
