Yes Retell supports Call Transfer via the Call Transfer Node. You can transfer calls using cold transfer, warm transfer, or agentic warm transfer.

Retell also offers AI QA (Quality Assurance) which automatically evaluates calls using configurable rules and metrics. It tracks call quality, resolution rates, latency, hallucinations, KB accuracy, interruptions, sentiment, and tool usage.
