Looking for a refund on a mistakenly purchased Canadian Phone number.

  • Reason was just testing what phone numbers were available in Canada and didn’t realize by proceeding to the next step it would bill. I also noticed there is a $10.00 Pay as you go balance and I am not sure if that also came out of my credit card. I’m not ready to use Retell ai yet.
