Recently my agents have been flagged multiple times for what support has cited as “Transfer Scam”. Despite clarification on its use, it seems to still repeatedly be flagged during testing. My company’s development team would like to go forward Retell on a larger scale, but need a guaranteed that Retells LLM’s flagging tendency will be a non-issue in the future. Is there any permanent solution for the future?

agent_34f26ba7194e9b19340930f208 is the main agent but is attached to a KYC verification that is linked to another account/agents. Recently it seems like it was flagged but was unblocked quite quickly. My concern is that this will affect uptime. Does Retell have SLA’s or such for enterprise plans?
The main use case for the agent is as a mail order authorization call and prescription refill confirmation.
