Hello someone has deleted a current voice agent we are using and I am panicking. Please is their a way I can re install the agent I have the agent I.D. Please can Retell re install? Any advice appreciated thank you!
I understand this is stressful. Based on a similar case, Retell AI’s support team may be able to retrieve a deleted agent.(1)
You’ll need to contact them with:
- Your agent ID (which you have)
- Your organization ID(1)
Contact options:
- Visit Contact Sales
- Ask on Discord
The team will check if the agent can be recovered.(1) Note that when an agent is deleted using the DELETE endpoint, it deletes all versions of that agent.(2)

Here is some more information about restoring my missing voice agent that was deleted. Please can you help me restore this it was a live agent and this has been very stressful. Any help would mean the world to me.
