Hello @vikas Unfortunately, languages like Telugu & Bengali are not supported yet by Retell You can try the GPT Realtime and see if it works for you.

I see you are using the CF agent The GPT Realtiem is not available for Convesration flow agent. Try to use the single prompt and see if this model would fix your problem.
