, I’m trying to build an AI voice agent but my account seems restricted.
Issues I’m facing:
I can only see templates and Agent Handbook sections
There is no “System Prompt” or main editable prompt box
“Create Agent” does not work or is missing
I cannot edit or save advanced settings (shows “no permission” or “step not available”)
Test LLM / voice test is inconsistent or not responding properly
I think my workspace may be in a restricted or limited mode.
Can you please confirm:
If my account has full agent builder access
How I can unlock the full editor (system prompt / blank agent mode)
Whether I need to upgrade or create a new workspace
