Hello,
First of all, thank you for building such a great product — I’m really enjoying using it.
I’m hoping someone can help with an issue affecting a production agent , and I’d really like to avoid having to rebuild the entire role prompt.
Issue summary
One of my agents has suddenly stopped working after previously functioning correctly. I now encounter the same error even when duplicating the agent.
Duplicate agent details:
Current problems
The agent no longer runs and throws an error
Duplicating the agent results in the same error
I cannot republish the agent after changing the LLM
I am unable to select a voice for this agent
Additional context
Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I’ve reported that, and it will be fixed soon.
It’s fixed now. You can now choose the voice you want.

I have a similar issue: when I try to select any community Cartesia voice:
Error
Resource Not Found. Please check that it exists and you have permission to access it.
It worked yesterday but I’m stuck now today.

This happens because you already have the voice
OK thanks. I had not understood that I had to add the custom voice only once and then I could simply reuse it - I systematically used “add custom voice”. Works now, thanks. Problem solved for me.
Same error. And when I access the agent, the voice selection seems to be deleted. And I cant select a voice again since the dropdown is empty (it seems it not loading voices to be selected)

The team is working on it right now.
A quick fix is to use a different voice ID.
You can update the voice ID through the API.

Same issue - Do we know the root cause of this? It happens at random. I didn’t have this one backed up today.

The agent appears in the Agents list but cannot be opened.
Opening the agent returns:
“Resource Not Found. Please check that it exists and you have permission to access it.”
Duplicating the agent returns:
“Failed to duplicate agent.”
