ERROR: Resource Not Found

Hello,

First of all, thank you for building such a great product — I’m really enjoying using it.

I’m hoping someone can help with an issue affecting a production agent, and I’d really like to avoid having to rebuild the entire role prompt.

Issue summary

One of my agents has suddenly stopped working after previously functioning correctly. I now encounter the same error even when duplicating the agent.

Duplicate agent details:

  • Agent ID: agent_fcff2c4c7ec8ee26ab8c0d6401

  • LLM ID: llm_1a2bf6424d1e7bcff6dac4e505d0

Current problems

  • The agent no longer runs and throws an error

  • Duplicating the agent results in the same error

  • I cannot republish the agent after changing the LLM

  • I am unable to select a voice for this agent

Additional context

  • This agent was working correctly before the issue appeared

  • All of my other agents are functioning normally

Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello @stevloc
I’ve reported that, and it will be fixed soon.

It’s fixed now. You can now choose the voice you want.

Hello @stevloc , should be solved now

Hello,

I have a similar issue: when I try to select any community Cartesia voice:

Error

Resource Not Found. Please check that it exists and you have permission to access it.

It worked yesterday but I’m stuck now today.

Agent ID : agent_e20bc78738ec9ccf086b92298b

LLM ID : llm_9f9431927d17baa613f0ca551f29

Thanks

Can you check again now? If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot.

Hi,
this is what I can share (apparently I cannot share more than one screenshot):

What I also see when I add the community voice (from the add-community-voice endpoint) is:

  • request:
  1. {voice_provider: “cartesia”, provider_voice_id: “735287ee-ce91-4b08-8de4-63315c5ba1fb”,…}
  2. provider_voice_id: “735287ee-ce91-4b08-8de4-63315c5ba1fb”
  3. voice_name: “Emmanuelle”
  4. voice_provider: “cartesia”
  • response:

{“status”:“error”,“message”:"Item org_X7qaImcgZzEFBZzd not found in org "}

@Omar_Ashraf Any idea of what can happen?

This happens because you already have the voice

OK thanks. I had not understood that I had to add the custom voice only once and then I could simply reuse it - I systematically used “add custom voice”. Works now, thanks. Problem solved for me.
