I am trying to complete the requirements to get full access to the Retell platform, including the form you request for authorization to join. I am entering my phone number correctly in the form, but I keep receiving an error and I am not able to proceed.

To rule out any local issue, I have already tried accessing the form in incognito mode, both through Google and through Comet, but the problem persists. For this reason, I am assuming there may be an issue on the platform side, and I would really appreciate your help from the technical side to resolve it.

I am attaching a short video that shows how I am trying to fill out the form and what happens when I submit it, so you can see the problem directly.

My goal is to start using Retell to build voice agents for healthcare providers, so resolving this would help me move forward with the onboarding process.
