You can’t change the SMS verification number directly from the dashboard.(1) To update the verification phone number on your Retell account, you’ll need to contact support@retellai.com.(1)
The phone number tied to verification is managed in your Retell dashboard → Workspace Settings → Security/Verification.(2)
