Missing numbers in call history

Can’t figure out why some of the phone numbers do not appear on call history

—START

When phone numbers don’t appear in call history, there are a few common causes based on reported issues:

Phone Number Format

Try searching with the E.164 format (including the +1 prefix)(1). Some users found their calls weren’t showing up until they added the country code prefix when searching(1).

Quick/Abandoned Calls

Missed or abandoned calls, especially ones that hang up quickly, sometimes don’t get logged in the agent’s call history(1). This can include calls where the system experiences issues during transfer attempts(1).

Call Logging Settings

Call logging may need to be enabled for quick/abandoned calls in your system settings(1). Without this enabled, certain failure scenarios might not appear in your logs(1).

Telephony Provider Issues

If calls are being dropped mid-transfer or experiencing connection issues, check your telephony provider settings and SIP configuration(1). Issues on the provider side can prevent calls from being properly logged(2).

To troubleshoot:

  1. Search using the full E.164 format (+1 followed by the 10-digit number)(1)
  2. Check if call logging is enabled for all call types, including abandoned calls(1)
  3. Review your telephony provider’s call logs to see if the calls reached your system(2)

If calls still aren’t appearing after checking these items, you may want to reach out through:
