Hello I was pulling up my call history but it’s completely blank. I was visible for a few minutes and when I attempted to export the data for analysis it disappeared and didn’t return after refreshing, existing and returning etc.
Based on recent reports from other users, there have been issues with the Call History export functionality in Retell AI’s dashboard.(1)(2)(3)
Several users have experienced similar problems where:
- Call History data becomes unavailable or incomplete during export attempts(1)(2)
- Export status gets stuck in a “working” state and never completes(3)
- Data visible in the dashboard doesn’t appear in the exported file(1)(2)
Troubleshooting steps to try:
- Check that you don’t have any Date range filters applied before exporting(1)
- Verify your filter settings - sometimes additional filters can cause incomplete exports(2)
If the issue persists after checking your filters, this appears to be a platform issue that the Retell AI team has been addressing. In previous cases, the team was able to resolve export issues after receiving the organization ID from affected users.(3)
