Inbound calls to NZ number not appearing in call logs — possible carrier provisioning issue

Inbound calls to NZ number +6498867072 (Phone Number SID: PN38baaca76729105d2b1bbe0897cb5d13) are not reaching Twilio at all — no entries appear in call logs when the number is dialed. The number is active, voice-enabled, and configured with a webhook. Calls were appearing in logs earlier today (April 25) with Busy/No Answer status, but after some configuration changes they have stopped appearing entirely. Please investigate whether there is a carrier routing or provisioning issue with this number.
