Retell AI supports KYC verification through two methods: automatic verification based on registration information, or verification via Persona using a government-issued ID(3). If automatic verification isn’t possible, you’ll be prompted to complete KYC through Persona in the Phone Numbers section(3).
Keep in mind that each person can verify only one account, and the system detects duplicate identities(3). If you had a previous verified account that was deleted, you’ll need to contact support for a manual review(3).
