  2. Contact support directly - Send an email to support@retellai.com with your account details and documents(2). Include your account email and phone number information.

  3. Check for duplicate accounts - Each person can verify only one account(3). The system detects duplicate identities, so even using a different government ID may be flagged as a duplicate(3). If your previous account was verified and later deleted, contact the support team to request a manual review(3).

  4. Verify Persona sync - Sometimes the Persona verification completes successfully but doesn’t sync with Retell(4). If this happens, reach out to support to manually sync your verification status.

Important Notes:
