I have noticed on a lot of our accounts (we separate clients by workspaces)… that files and texts in knowledge base show 0kb and the agent isn’t pulling from them.
The knowledge base says it was approved and I am applying to the agents… only the website/URL info is being pulled. It is happening across most workspaces.
What is happening? No matter what file format, text, size, etc… nothing shows.
