I am being consistentley overcharged by Retell where they display much longer conversation on each call but available audio is much shorter

Consistently being overcharged by Retell, the length of conversation displayed in dashboard is much higher than real length of audio and cost is derived from inflated length of conversation. How is this possible? Besides the fact that Retell is more expensive than Vapi they also overcharge. Trying to reach a support but can’t see a place besides this forum. Can someone help please?

you claim 45 seconds but it only was 9 seconds, how this is possible? I just provided 2 recent calls, but this happens to every call!
