Getting out of Free Trial

I just signed up and I see I was given some credits and it says I’m on free trial. At what point do I get out of free trial? Does that happen when my credits are used up or is there an action that I take to get out of the trial and into production?

When I first created the agent, it allowed me to preview and select voices from ElevenLabs and Cartesia. But when I started testing it, it switched to OpenAI voices and I can’t see a way to switch back. And I’m wondering if that’s also because I’m in the trial, which again makes me want to know how to get out of the trial so I can test this properly.

Once I’m out of the trial, will I be able to use ElevenLabs and Cartesia voices? Because right now it seems to limit me to OpenAI voices.

The limitation to OpenAI voices is related to your LLM model choice, not your trial status.(1)

If you’re using OpenAI’s “realtime” models, you’ll be limited to only OpenAI voices.(1) To access ElevenLabs and other voice providers, change your LLM to 4o, 4o mini, or Claude Sonnet.(1) Once you make this change, you’ll have access to ElevenLabs voices.(1)
