It would be incredibly helpful if Retell supported Bring Your Own (BYO) API keys for underlying models like OpenAI and ElevenLabs, similar to what VAPI currently offers. As we scale our platform, the ability to plug in our own keys is essential. It allows us to streamline our billing, monitor our own quotas, and take advantage of the wholesale pricing and volume discounts we’ve already secured with these providers. This would be a massive win for teams operating at high call volumes!
