Hi Retell team,
I'm getting "Call country not supported: DO" when calling a Dominican
Republic number, even though my dashboard shows all outbound countries
allowed. Please whitelist my account for outbound calls to the Dominican
Republic (DO — +1 809 / 829 / 849).

Hey @penaloyomayra8 Unfortunately Dominican Republic is not currently supported for outbound calls through Retell’s managed telephony providers (Twilio/Telnyx). To make calls to Dominican Republic , you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
