Call details are now blocked with contact information in mobile

I need to read all the information of a calls (calls history) in mobile (iPhone chrome or safari.

)so I’m sure in real time that the agents doesn’t make mistakes. But now is blocked with a new “contact information” window.

This is so important but now I only can see the information on desktop, but 90% of the time I’m on mobile. Please fix it like it was before

Hello @oasisgirl67 Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the disruption. You’re right — the new contact information panel is covering the call details on mobile. We’ve confirmed this is a layout regression introduced by a change shipped today: the contact panel is sized for desktop and doesn’t collapse on phone-width screens, so it ends up occupying the whole sheet. It only affects workspaces with the new contacts feature enabled, which is why desktop and non-CRM users don’t see it.

As a temporary bridge while the fix is in flight, you can use your mobile browser’s “Request Desktop Site” option on dashboard.retellai.com — that makes the page render at desktop width, which gives the call-details column room to show alongside the contact panel. (We haven’t validated this end-to-end on an iPhone ourselves, so let us know if it doesn’t behave as expected.)
