Agent going to previous nodes on Rigid Mode

We have agents deployed using rigid mode for compliance reasons, and as far as I know about Retell in Rigid mode is that the path an agent can take is deterministic. See call_2d0b233ceb2d6f8768f2f06a7da for agent_b0d7d2738d8f896c584b63113e.

The agent repeatedly goes back and forth between two nodes and does not follow the intended script with the edges. This is concerning as the agent then effectively hallucinates the entire conversation.
