Now I am building an outbound marketing system with make.com & retellai utiitising Twilio.
It will be finished next week and I will be approaching clients. I don’t have a full client UI right now.
As a marketer, I am offering a full service marketing support with the system, called “NowAgentAI”
How does it work with Retellai as far as call discounts or similar? Will that happen after X thousand of calls?
or you may not offer anything?
I thought I would just ask?
My first potential client is discussing 25,000 calls to clients in Japan.

Hi Omar, I am also in a similar position where I provided a rating/review following a popup on the bottom left corner and have not received a credit. I didn’t get a great screenshot but hopefully that’s something you can check on your end.

Just keep messaging. You need to send proof/screenshot of your review by email to retell. I got my credit, no problem in the end. Good Luck!
