Hi Retell Team,

I was charged $350.97 on January 29 for “concurrency x80” due to an accidental, brief adjustment of the concurrent calls limit caused by UI lag. The limit was immediately reverted back to 20.

I’m also seeing an upcoming invoice of $698.51, which appears related to the same unintended change. Since this was not intentional and was corrected right away, I’m requesting:

  • A refund of the $350.97 charge

  • Review and removal/adjustment of the upcoming $698.51 invoice
