Unable to Access Chat Agents – “Resource Not Found” Error

Hi Support Team,

I’m currently unable to access any of my chat agents. Whenever I try to open them, I receive the following error message:

“Resource Not Found. Please check that it exists and you have permission to access it.”

This issue is affecting all of my chat

agents, not just a specific one. I’ve already tried refreshing and reloading, but the problem persists.

Also, I have admin access to these agents, so permission shouldn’t be an issue on my end.

Could you please look into this and let me know what might be causing it?
