SMS Agent not speaking after tool calls (calendar availability)

I have an SMS Agent that used to work just fine a few weeks ago (haven’t tested it since). It checks the calendar availability, gets the results and is supposed to reply with 2 available times. This used to work just fine, but no matter what I try and tweak I cannot for the life of me get the agent to send a message after the tool call. It receives good data, it just doesn’t speak afterwards. This is a complete show-stopper for me right now. Feels like a bug, I tried multiple agent models, different instructions, etc. It’s a single-prompt SMS agent.

Doesn’t work when texting or in the test window.

Can make sure “Speak After Execution” is enabled for your calendar availability tool. If it was somehow toggled off, the agent would receive the tool result but stay silent.
