The agent is not able to capture certain words which have also been added to the boosted keywords. The numbers are not captured correctly by Hindi agent. I hereby, attach the call id for your reference.
Still facing issues with speech recognition in Hindi. The numbers are not recognised. Agent is not able to identify छह when user says. Kindly address the problem at earliest.
Hello @mayurigha.s Team have confirmed that we are sending the audio and boosted keywords correctly to our ASR providers, so the transcription errors are coming from their end. The current agent is using Deepgram ASR by default. You can try a different transcription provider like Soniox and see if that helps. We have observed from internal benchmarks that Soniox performs very well in multilingual scenarios.
