Payment is required for purchasing phone number.

Hi Retell team,

I’m trying to purchase a phone number for my agent, but I’m blocked by billing.

What I’m seeing:

  • The dashboard says payment is required before purchasing a phone number

  • I’m unable to successfully add a payment method

  • Multiple cards are being declined

  • I have admin access in the workspace

What I’ve already checked:

  • I’m in the correct workspace

  • I refreshed and retried

  • I tried different cards

  • I can use the platform in test mode, but I cannot complete phone number purchase

Can you please help confirm:

  1. Whether there is any billing or payment issue on my account

  2. Whether there are any restrictions on adding payment methods for my workspace

  3. What exact steps I should follow to successfully add a card and purchase a phone number

If needed, I can provide screenshots of the Billing page and the error I’m seeing.
