Hi Retell team,
I’m trying to purchase a phone number for my agent, but I’m blocked by billing.
What I’m seeing:

The dashboard says payment is required before purchasing a phone number

I’m unable to successfully add a payment method
-
Multiple cards are being declined
-
I have admin access in the workspace
What I’ve already checked:
-
I’m in the correct workspace
-
I refreshed and retried
-
I tried different cards
-
I can use the platform in test mode, but I cannot complete phone number purchase
Can you please help confirm:

Whether there is any billing or payment issue on my account
-
Whether there are any restrictions on adding payment methods for my workspace
-
What exact steps I should follow to successfully add a card and purchase a phone number
If needed, I can provide screenshots of the Billing page and the error I’m seeing.
