I want to confirm the current policy for new accounts.
Previously (around 1 month ago), I was able to use the /v2/register-phone-call endpoint without adding a payment method, and it worked for testing.
Now, with a new account, I’m getting:
402 Payment Required when calling /v2/register-phone-call.
My questions:

Do new accounts now require adding a payment method before using phone call features?

Is there still any free trial credit for telephony / phone calls?

Are there any limitations or activation steps required for new accounts before making calls?
For context:

API key is valid (not 401)

Agent is correctly configured
