I got an INSANE bill for text testing when I only used it for a couple of minutes to test a very basic flow. I did experience the LLM hanging and not responding and I would either refresh the page or go back to the home page and come back to try again.
It looks like the LLM kept running and charging me. It is insane how much I was charged, I could not have possibly have did all that amount of testing even if I stayed up all night.
I request a refund and this issue to be looked at to avoid it in the future. I have already emailed support but no answer !
