Outbound Calls Being Marked as Spam

Hello,

I have developed an AI voice agent for our collections software, but customers are currently receiving calls from our number as spam.

We recently purchased this number: +1 (662) 499-4692

Could you please check and confirm what steps are required to ensure this number does not get flagged as spam on the customer/recipient side?

This is quite urgent for us, and we would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hello @shyam To prevent your number from being flagged as spam, register it as a Verified Phone Number (U.S. only):

  1. Create a Business Profile in the dashboard.

  2. Apply for Phone Number Verification by selecting your profile and submitting through the dashboard.

  3. Wait 1–2 weeks for approval; once active, the number will show “Active” in the Phone Numbers tab.

For best results, also enable Branded Call to display your business name, and work on increasing pickup rate to avoid future spam flags.
