I am trying to get an export of calls for the past several days; however, the export seems to be stuck (already for several hours).
Deleting the current export process and starting a new one does not help.
Based on the available sources, this appears to be a known issue that other users have experienced.(1)(2)(3)
When users reported exports being stuck in the “uploading” or “working” status for extended periods, the Retell AI support team was able to resolve the issue after receiving the organization ID.(1)(2)(3)
To get this resolved:
- Locate your organization ID (org_XXXXXXXXXX format)
- Contact Retell AI support through their Discord community in the support-questions channel(1)(2)(3)
- Provide your org ID to the support team(1)(3)
In the documented cases, the issue was fixed shortly after the org ID was provided to the team.(1)(3)

To find your workspace ID (org ID) in Retell AI:
- Navigate to your workspace settings page by clicking the workspace selector in the bottom left corner(1)
- Go to Settings → Workspace(1)
- Your workspace ID will be displayed on that page(1)
The workspace ID format typically looks like org_ followed by alphanumeric characters, for example: org_iJWMC3VrY7x54Jzt(2)
