Inbound call not connecting

I have integrated twillo number with Retell ai .I have setup everything according to the document Twilio - Retell AI . My outbound call is working fine. But inbound calls are not connecting. Please help me with this.

My Twilio number is: +14179224753

Hey @nsen59341 Can you share your Org ID, Agent ID and can you confirm

Origination URI: In your Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk → Origination settings, make sure the SIP URI is set to:
sip:sip.retellai.com

Number assigned to trunk: Confirm your number +14179224753 is moved to the Elastic SIP Trunk (not just purchased in Twilio).

Number imported to Retell: Ensure the number is imported into your Retell dashboard so Retell knows how to route inbound calls.

And I checked these things:

  1. My Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk → Origination settings, make sure the SIP URI is set to:
    sip:sip.retellai.com
  2. 14179224753 is moved to the Elastic SIP Trunk
  3. The number is imported into your Retell dashboard
  4. This is the SIP Trunk ID: TKf425e87048a2e79d1ca7430ccdaec750

Could you please remove the inbound webhook and try again? If it works, then the inbound webhook has an issue that is likely causing the calls to be rejected.

In that case it is saying ‘Line Busy’

Hey @nsen59341 you didn’t remove the inbound webhook, Team just removed it and called and its working , the inbound webhook has an issue that rejects the call.
