For safe access, create a separate Retell workspace, duplicate the affected agent into it, and invite me as a Developer. I may also request redacted call IDs/history, logs, webhook responses, timestamps, configuration comparisons, and a Loom.
Same-day production triage: $550 for live issues affecting calls, leads, bookings, transfers, or revenue.
I do not make production changes during the diagnostic. After diagnosis, you can implement the blueprint internally, or I can quote and perform the repair.
