The danish LLM model in Retell sucks!, specially when it comes to listen and repeat danish numbers correctly. if there is no solution for this in the present Retell interface, then “How do I configure ex. Deepgram Nova-2 with Danish (da) language for STT on my agent?”
When you say the Danish model, I assume you are referring to the Danish voice, as opposed to the LLM?
If so, we found the same thing with the Swedish version in a past client project.
What helped for us to do this:
• Create an account on 11labs
• Go to voice library
• Search for Swedish (in your case Danish voices)
• Filter by most users (top > down)
• Listen to all voices + make a list of what sounds best (grab the voice ID for each Danish voice)
• Go back to Retell
• Select 11labs voice + custom voice + enter 11 labs voice IDs (one at a time) + live test in Retell
• Make sure you play around with the voice speed + temperature + volume levels
• This is how we found good voices for Sweden after experiencing a similar issue
