Recently trialed PolyAI. They have a feature to allow disclaimers in a different voice before the call starts.
This function cannot be replicated in Retell without flowing into a specific disclaimer agent and wiring it back to the normal agent is not scalable across multiple flows.
You can currently have a custom made disclaimer node in the flow, but having it use the same voice as the main agent is unsettling and throws the customer off.
Below runs before every call as a static sentence in a different voice.
