Agent struggles to qualify a lead

Hello! I’d like to get some feedback on how our agent is currently set up. As you can hear in this call, we try and qualify this lead based on the size of their project. As shown in the screenshot, we must disqualify projects under a certain threshold, and this project was under that and the agent even acknowledged it’s small size. The agent allowed this project to pass. I’m thinking we are just trying to do too much with the agent - and have way too much instruction that makes it hard for the agent to remember details like this. These instructions are in the global prompt, which the AI considers, but it primarily follows the node structure you have. It’s better to place a transition condition based on project size within the node rather than in the global prompt. Also, try using GPT-4.1, as it follows instructions more reliably.
