What We’re Trying to Solve

We moved support from Discord because:

  1. Your answers should help thousands - When you get a great solution here, it’s indexed by Google AND AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). Future builders will find
    your wisdom.
  2. Knowledge shouldn’t disappear - No more great answers lost in chat history. Threaded discussions stay organized and searchable forever.
  3. Better support experience - Solution marking, code formatting, categories, and notifications designed for technical discussions.

Great to discover this community.
It would be great to have a dedicated HOWTO category, so people can ask the community how to do X in retell.
Closest thing I can see now is the Help category but this also contains questions about errors, subscriptions etc.

@Alex is anyone reading this? I’m currently posting all my retell questions on voice-ai focussed (closed) skool groups where I get useful responses within hours, I’m guessing that’s what you want to happen here? If there would be a category for it, I would be happy to post my questions here and link to them in skool groups instead of posting them there.

Overall, my first impression is very good. I built my first AI agent so I was excited about that. However, I’m trying to connect a zap to it so that I can get alerted via email when a phone call comes in. Any help here would it be appreciated because it seems like retail is blocking this zap.
