Unable to connect to ONCEHUB mcp server

MCP url is : https://mcp.oncehub.com/sse

Tried connecting it while creating agent.
After adding api key and adding there is no tools list instead it keeps loading without providing any tools list

This mcp does not need api key to get tools list and able to make connection on openAI or vscode.
