Twilio randomly suspended account

Anyone ever had to deal with Twilio suspending their account due to suspicious activity when there is none? They’re blocking all our calls now. We’re escalating to Twilio Support but wondering if anyone has any advice in the meantime while our service is completely down. Help!

FYI, false positive on the Twilio side. In any case, took precaution of resetting all creds, keys, tokens,etc and then they reinstated the services. Couple hours I’d like to have back for sure…
