I have a Twilio number +14322397528 connected via SIP
trunking (origination: sip:sip.retellai.com). The number
is imported in Retell as “Custom telephony” with agent
ROYAL PALACE/V12 assigned as inbound agent.
When I call the number, it responds with a different agent
(Advance Medical Psychiatry). The call does not appear in
my Call History.
