Hi Retell team,
I’m on the Pay As You Go plan and I have a custom Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk fully configured (Termination URI, Origination URI pointing to sip.retellai.com, and IP ACL whitelisting Retell’s SBC block 18.98.16.120/30).
Outbound calls are not connecting, no error is shown, the call just doesn’t go through.
Could you please enable outbound calling for my account? I need it for a Mexican phone number connected via custom telephony.

There is no username and password to make an outbound call.
Please use this guide (Twilio - Retell AI) its a step by step guide to connect to your Twilio account via SIP trunking.
